How to fix iPhone not recognized in iTunes?
If you connect your device to your computer with a USB cable and your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, learn what to do.
1. Make sure that your iPhone is unlocked and on the Home screen.
2. Try another USB cable.
3. Try another USB port on your computer.
4. Restart the iPhone and computer.
5. If you see a Trust this Computer alert, tap Trust.
6. Disable or uninstall antivirus software.
7. Uninstall and reinstall iTunes.
