Same as other DJ software, djay Pro also supports djing directly from music streaming services, such as TIDAL, SoundCloud, Beatport, Beatsource. What’s more, it also supports Apple Music.

1. How to connect Tidal to djay Pro?

What you need:

TIDAL Individual(or Student) + DJ extension Add-on subscription
djay Pro app installed on your Mac/Windows/iOS/Android

1. Run djay Pro on your Mac/Windows. Click TIDAL in the left side and log in your account.

2. How to use TIDAL playlists/albums in djay Pro?

Once connected TIDAL to djay Pro, it will load all albums/playlists and tracks in your Collection. Browse to find the tracks you want to mix or use the search function on the rop right corner.

Note that an active internet connection is required to play Tidal Music tracks in djay Pro Pro/Lite.

You can’t download TIDAL tracks/albums/playlists offline within the djay Pro app, nor can you download them on Mac/Windows.

3. How to use TIDAL family plan with djay Pro?

You can’t use Tidal family plan with djay Pro, in common with most of the DJ tools. Instead, you will be asked to switch to TIDAL individual plan with the DJ Extension. If you are student, you can also subscribe to TIDAL Student plan with DJ Extension.

If you don’t want to switch plan, the alternative is to download TIDAL to FLAC music files on your computer and save to your DJ music collection.

Note that an active internet connection is required to play Tidal Music tracks in djay Pro Pro/Lite. 1. Launch TIDAL Music Converter

2. Sign in your TIDAL account
